Good news for UAE Residents!

For our customers based in the United Arab Emirates – -namely the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah – we have some wonderful news.

After Covid19 there were some challenges around shipping with EMS – who ship our products across the world. There was some issue (we could never find out why) between shipping from Japan to UAE.

As a result of this issues, our only alternative was FEDEX or DHL which meant a 20-30% increase in price for each order – whether it was a Futon, Duvet, Cover or Pillow

Thankfully after 2 years, this has now been resolved, so we are able to remove the surcharge.
